NUMBER SLAP is a good game for practicing numbers. It will help children build a strong association between the number name and it's image. The game is best for at least 2 players and up.

You need cards with the range of numbers you are practicing. For example, 1-12 or 1-20.
Lay cards face up and tell children to put their hands on their heads. Call out a random number. The first child to slap the correct number wins the card. The child with the most cars wins the game. When there is only one card left, the teacher should try to slap it too.

NOTE: Losing all the time is horrible and discouraging. If some children don't win any cards, tell the children who already have cards to "take a rest" to give the others a chance.
